Audience Reviews for My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic: Season 6. While characters such as Starlight are a nice addition to the ponygang, the season never manages to reach the high standards that made the previous 5 seasons so special.
2. Depression is too much, but I still mourn the end of ponies, and I look ways to cling to them, like Pony Life or Dragalia Lost . Granted, overall S9 was rather crap for what a fina season should be, but at least the final episodes didn’t disappoint. In my case, “depression” isn’t the correct word.
So when I first watched the episode and listened to "The Magic of Friendship Grows" (the last song in that episode and in the show, the end credits don't count) I cried so hard. I cried so damn hard that by the time I was done my eyes were red and they hurt a lot. Especially the shot of the Mane 6 standing in front of a beautiful Equestrian sunset. Shoichet (Twilight Sparkle), Evans (Rarity), Ball (Applejack, Rainbow Dash), Libman (Fluttershy), and Chan-Kent (Pinkie Pie) Sunset Shimmer sings about the friendships she has made since reforming while working on the school yearbook with the Equestria Girls. 2.
